All Ken ever wanted to do was to get into Nick's pants!   (He wasn't really sure, but he had a feeling that Nick wanted it too.)   Unfortunately, the timing was always wrong. 

 

When Nick was single, Ken had a lover.  When Ken was available, it was Nick who was involved with someone.  Instead, they just became really close friends.  REALLY CLOSE FRIENDS!  They kept no secrets and told each other everything.  They even shared door keys to each others apartments.

 

Ken used that key one day and walked in on Nick while he was watching porn.

 

 

Ken admitted that he liked porn too. 

 

The only thing that they never shared was SEX.    It didn't count as "sex", on those occasions when they would jerk-off while watching porn together.  Even being naked with each other was okay!

 

 

It happened on those nights when the two of them would make time for each other.  A "boy's night", away from whoever which one happened to be in a current relationship with.

 

Even when one, or both of them, got an erection when they showered together, it meant nothing.   They just rationalized it as something that happens between guys from time to time.  And there always seemed to be some reason for them to be in the shower with each other.  (like after they returned from the gym or after a sweaty game of tennis.)

 

 

 

Ken relished the times he spent with Nick.   Especially, when Nick was naked with a big boner!   But it was so fucking exasperating to him!  If only, he could pounce on that big dick!  He could think of at least a dozen different ways to use it!  

 

The reality was, that their time together would always end and Ken was alone in his bed abusing his own hard cock with a lubed-up fist.  To say the least, it was frustrating!   At least, he had his laptop and the porn for some motivation.  But with every guy he saw on the internet,  Ken fantasized that it was Nick he was watching.

 

Then one day, just as Ken was about to give up on the possibility of ever being with Nick....they found themselves both single at the same time. Now was Ken's chance, but how could he proposition someone who had become his best friend. 

 

This could be awkward if he was wrong and Nick didn't have any interest in ever taking their friendship to another level.  Ken rejected the idea of the direct approach.  He couldn't just say:  "Hey Nick, let's have sex!" 

 

This was a real head-scratcher!
